Fees and Payments

We deliver the highest possible quality of care, utilizing the very best materials available. We operate on a fee for service basis. Payment is due on the day of service. For your convenience, MasterCard and Visa are accepted. As a courtesy, we will file your insurance.

To avoid the $25 no show fee, we appreciate at least 24 hours notice on any appointments you are unable to keep.

We also refer our clients to CareCredit, a third-party financing company. CareCredit will help you spread your fees over the course of several months with little-to-no interest attached. Click here to apply online!
